Refund policy

Please email customerservice@boldchristianshirts.com with any questions or concerns regarding exchanges and refunds. Please see additional instructions for issues below:

LOST PACKAGE
If it is a mailing issue where it got lost in transit just let us know and we will send out a replacement. If the tracking shows delivered or Return To Sender we can only offer a replacement order to an alternative address because we incur the cost. Please allow one week for processing before replacement order can be sent.

PRODUCT ISSUE
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just send us a picture of the item to boldchristianshirts@gmail.com for quality control purposes and we can offer a replacement.

If there is any issue where the customer just doesn't like the product we do not offer replacements or refunds since we do print on demand for custom products.

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 45 days after the shipped date.
